Well, that is, until our intrepid lady traveller finds out that there is more to discover on a journey than what the bloody Baedeker tells you.

-- > I love this story. Either Watson will pass out of his life forever, or Holmes will have to devise another option.

-- > I still haven't gone farther than episode 3, but I really love the characters on this show. I don't care much for the procedial of the episodes, the characters are more than enough to keep me watching.
I really like this story for its Sherlock!pov. I can see Watson through his eyes, and how much he respects her.

comments

Everything else is pretty normal for SHIELD.

-- > This is so cool. I love stories which highlight minor characters, or are outsider!pov, or with great original characters! Wait, don't go running! These are amazing!
I love seeing professionals doing their job. And I love an realistic take on what happens after or behind the scenes. Other people may be more ordinary but they are important to to run the world.
And I love the humor in this. And the awareness that actually, the things happening to the heroes are kind of mad.

comments

I’m lookin’ for PFC Christeson?" John would know that voice anywhere, but it’s strange to hear it here, in the domestic stillness of Lebanon, Illinois. Strange, but entirely welcome. John is grinning like a lunatic as he sprints out of the kitchen and to the front door.

-- > Rare pairing anyone? I was a bit dubious when I started to read, but that doubt was very soon washed away. Oh, I fell in love with these characters. What we see on the show is carefully expanded. It's so organic that I could this see happening.
It's hard to watch them, trying to fit into a life at home. They grew up in the war and grew a little bit more afterward.

Love their interaction, and their dialog.

I hope you give this story a chance, because it very well deserves it.

comments

This picture made me change my mind.

I love the almost carictural feeling of this. I love the abstraction of Ianto, and how rexluscus distills his mannerism and character through this abstraction.

Love the complementary colours and the texture, and his expression. So Ianto.

comments

A woman needs his help but seems reluctant for him to learn the truth. To complicate matters, Fenrir Greyback is on the loose, and Ron must face the Forbidden Forest and his own fears if he is to unravel the mystery.

-- > This is a really great case!fic and character study. The mystery was well thought out and the case engaging. I loved all the little details, how they make the characters and their world rich and real. Ron's struggle felt very true to canon, at the same time we can see him growing up.

comments
